1. What have you learned in this semester?
I have learned how to copy and paste text from one document to another.


2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
I like Excel the most out of the programs.


3. What is your major?
And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career? MY major is Social work and I will need a Access to be able to enter clients information.

1. What have you learned in this semester?
This semester I learned how to do access. I already knew how to work the other Microsoft office because I used them in high school.

2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed working with power point the most because I was able to do it easy and fast.

3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career?
My degree is going to be in finance but, my career will be an algebra I & algebra II teacher. I can use power point to teach my students, as well as I will have my lesson plan on Microsoft word. I can use excel to make graphs for my class to put on the power point.

1. What have you learned in this semester?
I’ve learned how to use a lot of the computer programs that are used in everyday life.


2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
I would have to say that I enjoyed my writing class the most.


3. What is your major?
And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career? Paralegal. I will apply all the knowledge that I now have of Microsoft Office into my work.

1. What have you learned in this semester? In 2011 fall semester I learned how to Integrate from one Office program to another and how to operate Access.


2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most? I believe I enjoyed doing the exams because, I was able to challenge myself and see where I stood after completing a unit.


3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career? My major is Surgical Technology. I don’t believe I would be applying it anywhere in my field but it would help me for sure in my future classes on homework and assignments.

1. What have you learned in this semester?
The course was very helpful in introducing me to basic knowledge in computer science. I’ve recollected a lot of lost knowledge on basic skills with the Microsoft programs. I also learned a whole lot about newer features and programs as well as gaining a much better understanding with computer terms.

2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
I really enjoyed reviewing with the Microsoft programs and learning tons of new things about the programs as well.

3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career?
I aim to major in psychology, and I know for a fact that statistics is a must, so I’ll definitely be seeing a whole lot more of these programs and I certainly expect to put my new knowledge to use.

1. What have you learned in this semester?
I learn how to use the computer .learn how to do Microsoft office, Web Page etc. I have a good Teacher.

2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
The Subject I like was spread sheet. Data entry etc.


3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career?
My major is psychologist, I can use this for making forms and billing and other office dues and
Excel.

1. What have you learned in this semester?

This semester I had learned many new subjects that I had never used before like access and excel. I also gain a much better understanding with computer terms.


2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?

The subject that I enjoy the most was doing power point presentations.


3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career?

I’m still undecided about my major, but I know that what I have learn is going to help me on whatever major I choose.

1. What have you learned in this semester?
I have learned how to use Access which I had never heard of before and to use the other programs in Microsoft much more efficiently.

2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed power point the most.

3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career?
I plan on getting an associate’s degree in science as an x-ray technician.

1. What have you learned in this semester?
I have learned how to use all of the features that are included in Office 2010. It has helped me in my current job working at the help desk. Sometime techs know how to install software, but they are not sure how to actually use the software. This class has assisted me in that area.


2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed MS excel; creating formula was something that I struggled with in the past. I can use excel in different areas in my life, and this has made using this software easier for me.

3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career?
My major is CIS and this class has refreshed me in those computer software skills.

Computer Literacy Class 1301 Survey

1. What have you learned in this semester?
I’ve learned to use Microsoft programs like word, access, power point and excel.
I also learned basic terms like the parts of the computer, types of software, hardware, how to be prepared against malware, viruses and anything that might corrupt my equipment.

2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
I love the independent projects at the end of every chapter. Where they ask you to recreate what you had just learned. I believe creating something from scratch is great practice.

3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career?
I want to become a pharmacist.
Excel and Access will be a major asset to my career to keep track of meds and see sales projections. 
Knowing power point will help me create presentations and/or explain to my potential clients the most recent medicines.
Word is one of the main programs I will be using. It will allow me to create my resume as well as thesis and reports in school.

1. What have you learned in this semester?
I have learned many things in this class; Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, and even Publisher.

2. What subject or topic did you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed Access, even though it’s a lot harder than the others, in my opinion. Access is a program that we don’t use often, but it’s a great advantage to have learned.


3. What is your major? And how would you apply what you’ve learned in your career?
I’m still undecided on my major, but as of know I want to become a kindergarten teacher. If I do become a teacher I will be able to stay more organized and give better presentations with the things I have learned in this class.
